My stay at Crowne Plaza Canberra was nothing short of exceptional. The customer support from the entire staff was truly impressive, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit.The location of the hotel was excellent, with major attractions like the National Gallery of Australia just a five-minute drive away. The room itself was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful view of the park from my window. The attention to detail in the room, such as the soothing room spray, added a luxurious touch to my stay. I was particularly impressed by the children's activities available during school holidays, which made the stay even more perfect for families. The petting zoo and cupcake decorating were a hit with my little companions.The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread that included pancakes and an omelette station to the consistent Wi-Fi quality that was essential for my work.
